These terms cover your use of this website, operated by The Hangar, LLC ("The Hangar," "we"). By using the site you agree to them.

Information on this site

We work to keep schedules, programs, and offers accurate, but they can change. The front desk has the current details, and what we confirm with you directly is what applies.

Sessions, purchases, and the facility

Bookings, space rentals, memberships, gift cards, clinics, camps, and events are subject to the terms presented when you buy or book them, and to the facility's rules. Every player must have a signed liability waiver on file before training at The Hangar; a parent or guardian signs for players under 18.

Requests. A reservation request isn't a booking until we confirm it by email, and we may decline a request or offer a place on the membership waitlist instead. Cancellations and refunds for reservations, clinics, and camps are at The Hangar's discretion - contact us as early as you can if your plans change.

Outside instructors. The Hangar rents space to independent instructors. Lessons are arranged between you and the instructor, who is not The Hangar's employee or agent; instructors keep their own liability insurance and a signed space-rental agreement on file with us.

Family and coach accounts

Accounts are for adults 18 and older. Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. Give accurate information about yourself and your players. A coach who adds players to a team roster confirms they have the parent or guardian's permission to share that player's details with us. We may suspend or close an account that is misused, that gives false information, or that breaks these terms or the facility's rules.

The web batting game

The batting game is for entertainment. Bat brands and model names are used to identify products for fun only; The Hangar is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer, the ratings are made-up game values, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

What you send us

When you submit a form, please give accurate information and don't send anything unlawful or harmful. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Our content

The site's text, logos, and design belong to The Hangar or its licensors. Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission. Hack Attack is a trademark of its owner, used here only to describe the pitching machines in our cages; The Hangar is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturer.

No warranties; limits of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, or for sites we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
